Description

Ideal Heating A/C and Refrigeration INC., is an HVAC/R mechanical company centrally located in Indianapolis since 1967.  We provide HVAC, refrigeration, sheet metal installation and 24 hr. service. We are currently seeking 4 types of service technicians.

1. First position is for a highly experienced HVAC technician, with a strong service background with at least 10 yrs. verified work history.
2. Second open position is for the tech who is ready to make the next step in their career, potentially a residential tech who is looking to learn the commercial side of HVAC, and continue to hone their current skills. This position requires at least 2 yrs. in commercial HVAC service.
3. Third position is for a rockstar residential installer that is ready to make the move to commercial service and install.
4. Final position is for a person looking to get started in a life-long rewarding career.

Requirements

Requirements:

General knowledge of the HVAC Industry that is required to be proficient in the position above that describes you. 

HVAC tools related to your position.

Valid Driver’s License

EPA Certification, we will sponsor the right candidates after your 90-probationary period.
