Company History
Founded in 1983, as a commercial industrial air conditioning & refrigeration contractor, we have had many pivots over the years, and currently our focus is the design / build of "Critical Environments" (precision control of Temperature, Humidity, Pressure, Filtration, Controls Integration and the Envelope) across North America. ESC vertically integrates Discovery, Diagnosis & Design, Project Delivery, Value Optimization and Manufacturing where our “No Catalog” Custom HVAC Solutions, smartHEPA, smartCRITICAL, & ALUMA1 assist us in delivering seamless integration to meet complex project needs.
It is an exciting time to join our team, as we are currently transitioning from the founding team to the next generation which will take us to new heights. The right combination of Brains, Process and Grey Hair to produce great industry acumen.

Critical Environment Projects we have delivered include Close Tolerance (+/- 0.1oF) Temperature / Humidity Control, a -44o Environmental Chamber for testing combines, numerous Pharmaceutical, Biological and other Life Sciences facilities to manufacture drugs, and medical devices. Facilities for Nuclear, Optical, Electronics, Automotive or any industry that requires a removal of variables for manufacturing.
